About us

The Cult Project sells made-to-order, personalised 3D-printed products. We operate from India and sell in Indian Rupees (INR).

Orders and personalisation

Many products are personalised with details you enter at checkout (such as a name and number). These are printed exactly as you type them, so please check spelling and details carefully before you pay.
Because personalised items are made to order, they cannot be cancelled or changed once production has started.
We may decline or cancel an order if the personalisation breaks the law, infringes someone else’s rights, or is offensive. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment partner. We do not offer cash on delivery.
We may update prices and offers at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Shipping

Production and shipping timelines are shown on the product page and in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the courier.

Returns and refunds

Personalised and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Product appearance

Our products are hand-finished in PLA. Subtle 3D-print layer lines are part of the character, and colours can vary slightly from the renders on screen.
