What does "made to order" mean?

Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you order, your piece is printed and finished by hand, just for you. That's why it takes just 24 to 72 hours to make before it ships, and why no two are exactly alike.

How long until it arrives?

24 to 72 hours to make, plus shipping time. You'll get an email the moment it ships.

Can I personalise it?

On items with a text field, yes. Add your name or word at checkout. Double-check the spelling, because personalised pieces are final sale.

What are they made of?

Durable PLA, a sturdy plant-based material. Built to live on your desk or shelf. Keep them out of hot cars and direct sun.

Do you do returns?

Made-to-order and personalised pieces are final sale. But if it arrives damaged or defective, message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll fix it. We're devoted, not heartless.

Why "cult"?

Because "cult following" is the goal, and "join the cult" is funnier than "subscribe to our newsletter". The only thing we worship is good design.
